For enhanced durability, apply a small amount of tacky spirit gum before shaping the wax. To further seal and fortify your creation, layer with additional spirit gum or liquid latex.
 
Also great used with a stiff flat brush to stipple on to lace where the glue is shinny, the wax will dull the shine!
