Returns

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after confirming the item meets the above requirements.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies.

ORDER PICKUP & SHIPPING

Order Pickups are available within the HRM, Nova Scotia. We offer same day, next day or a scheduled date depending on the time the order is placed.

​

You can pick the item up yourself or you can have production transport pick it up for you. our pickup location is currently:

Bluebird Storage in Dartmouth Crossing/Burnside

 610 Wright Ave, Dartmouth, NS B3B 0H8

Always wait for pickup notification before going for pickup.

 

SAME DAY-

To qualify for same day pickup you must place your order before 1200. We do not offer pickups after 1700. Your order can be ready for pickup within 3hrs of placing your order. If you are in a pinch, please contact us directly to see if we can meet your urgent needs.

NEXT DAY-

To qualify for next day pickup please use the guidelines below for pickup times:

Orders placed before 1200 day before- quailify for pickup as early as 0900 the next morning. Up until 1700. If you need it earlier than 0900, please contact us directly to see if we can meet your urgent needs.

​

Orders placed after 1200 day before- qualify for pickups between 1100-1700. Please contact us directly if you've missed this cut off time and need it earlier. We will try and meet your urgent needs but it is not always possible.

FUTURE PICKUPS-

Place and order and plan a pickup during the hours of 0900-1700 Monday-Friday.

 

SHIPPING-

We can ship to you! All shipments are currently done by order quote fulfillment. Please send us an email with your order, Name, Production Company and Shipping Address. We will provide you with and invoice to proceed with order. We currently ship via UPS. You can choose the service at which you get the order depending on your timeline. Please let us know if you would like to provide options. Ei- Express vs Standard Ground.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
